Tips
- The SVG format is vector and scalable: ideal for printing at any size without quality loss.
- The PNG format is print-ready and suitable for digital use. The size setting affects sharpness.
- High and Maximum correction work best on rough or worn surfaces; Low suits screens and small prints. Higher correction makes the QR code denser.
- Always test the QR code before printing.

Is QRuly really free?
Yes. No usage limits, no sign-up, no watermark and no hidden costs. The service is offered by SaggiaMente.com and is supported only by voluntary donations.
Is the data I enter stored anywhere?
No. The QR code is generated entirely in your browser: the content (addresses, WiFi passwords, contacts) never leaves your device. The server only receives the type of QR code generated, anonymously, for usage statistics.
Should I download the QR code as PNG or SVG?
SVG is a vector format: it scales infinitely without losing sharpness, ideal for print, graphic design and signage. PNG is a ready-to-use image for web, documents and social media; on QRuly you can download it up to 2048 × 2048 pixels.
Do QR codes created with QRuly expire?
No. QRuly generates static QR codes: the content is encoded directly in the code, with no intermediate links or redirects. They work forever, even if QRuly no longer existed.
Can I add my logo to the QR code?
Yes. Enable "Leave space for your logo": QRuly creates a free area in the centre, aligned to the grid, and automatically sets an adequate error correction level. Overlay the logo with your graphics software and always test the code before printing it.
What types of QR code can I create?
Web addresses (URL), vCard business cards, WiFi access, email, SMS, phone calls, WhatsApp chats, FaceTime, free text, social profiles, donation pages and cryptocurrency addresses. For each one you can choose colours, transparent background, error correction and size.
